Thank you for your interest in working with me at Heart Focused Fitness. I combine functional movement training, intuitive nutrition and heart rate variability to help you gain control over your health and stress response. This program is an evidence-based program during which you are trained to improve your mental and physical health by using signals from your own body. Heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback is scientifically proven to be an effective treatment for numerous health conditions and also a critical training process for peak performance. Research shows that HRV Biofeedback improves emotional regulation, sleep, endurance, and resilience. Let's lock arms and help you reach your health goals!
